MintGreen develops systems that capture and utilize heat energy from cryptomining,
for air and fluid heating applications.
I lead design, assembly, and testing of the "Tumbler" project, which is a 10kW heating system that produces heated air for accelerated whiskey aging. The systems features a non-conductive oil fluid loop, with several immersed crypto-currency miners. Heat from these miners is transferred to a radiator by pumped fluid, where is exchanged with the surrounding air to heat a barrel storage warehouse.
The installed "Tumbler" is pictured here in a whiskey storage warehouse, where is produces heated air for accelerated whiskey aging.
